- 'topojson' pkg is now meant for server-side manipulation as of v2 - 'topojson-client' includes the client-side topology to geojson features methods we need.

The
topojsonmodule got split in a geojson to topojson and topojson to geojson version. The latter is what we do in plotly.js.This PR replaces the
topojsondependency withtopojson-client. The API hasn't changed, so the change was easy enough. This should lead to a smaller bundle size.
